We have four BEAutiful salons, in some of the most eye catching towns in the Country. The salons are very much a boutique experience. We pride ourselves of education, educating the team is what drives the brand to a level where every stylist feels confident executing what ever the client desires.
We have some of the highest diplomas available in the industry. We also work closely with the major hair care brands so we are on trend and predicting what you will be wanting in months to come.
Every salon has a welcoming feel and we love to make you feel at ease, with the aim of building a relationship that gives you the peace of mind everyone wants when indulging in your hair.
A 30% DEPOSIT REQUIRED ON ALL SERVICES OVER £20.
A 50% DEPOSIT REQUIRED ON ALL SERVICES OVER £100
A MINIMUM OF 24 HOURS NOTICE IS REQUIRED FOR CANCELLATIONS

GIVEN ON ALL CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOWS.
Click on the salon link in yellow to book your appointment, once booked, we will confirm the appointment with a phone call within 24 hours. We will make sure your appointment is booked correctly for you, time, date, stylist and service. Once all confirmed we will take a deposit over the phone to secure the online booking. If we cant confirm your appointment with you within 3 phone calls, we cant guarantee your appointment time.
Late cancellations & no shows
First late cancellation
we understand life gets the better of us sometimes and dont want you to worry, this ones on us, so you've got time to get things in order and then get your next appointment booked.
Second late cancellation
We are sorry you missed your second appointment with us, but please be aware we have clients waiting for appointments and ask that you pay 50% of the service cost and we will cover the other 50%.
Thirds late cancellation
We cant cover these costs past this point as we have a salon to run and clients to book in. We still want you to visit our salons and team to look after your hair, but we ask you cover the cost of the third missed appointmen on rebooking. We will also take a 30% deposit for your next booking so we can secure it for you.
As a business these make it very difficult for us to keep the salons profitable, last year we had no shows costing ours salons £28,365.00. We decided to put this figure out there to make people understand that its not just 1 or 2 no shows that effect us, its a much greater number and we are trying our best to reduce this number. This not only costs us but it also prehibits clients booking in as no shows are usually last minute and leave us with no time to fit a client in.
We require as much notice as possible if you cant attend your appointmnt with us. Our appointments are confirmed by E-Mail, Text Message, Phone Calls and a written reminder on our appointmnt cards.
We know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago which is why we remind you in every possible way. If you dont recieve these reminders please make us aware as we can update our system.
